Here are some picture updates from other activities in October. The library here every Wednesday has story time for young kids. The first one we went to was Fire Safety and the local fire fighters put on a puppet show for the kids. It was cute. Then they got to go outside to look at the real fire truck. Ellie climbed right up into the seat and wanted to push all the buttons.
She loved the whole fire truck. Speaking of fire... (nice segue)
The first fire of the year! Ellie was enthralled to say the least. We were teaching her not to touch the fire and that it is really hot. She always stays a good distance away from it, thank goodness. Here she is sitting with her G-pa watching the fire roar. They sat like this, silent, for about half an hour.

Ellie is getting so big! Someone needs to tell these kids of ours to stay babies for a little longer.
Riley would have loved the fire truck--tell them to come here and do that for our story time too.

I love your blog! It's fun to hear about what you guys are up to. The pictures of Ellie are so cute! She is just becoming such a cute little girl. I will have to show the pictures to Annika.
